My Marketing Group, Manggard Inc., was invited to join the Manila Jaycees Business Planning Competition.

Lo and behold, we made it to the National Finals! We will be presenting at the Phil Stock Exchange on June 10. The winner gets the chance to go to Singapore and win 5000USD.

Manggard Inc. is a fruit coating Service Company that initially offers coating services to Mangoes. The coating will extend the shelf life of Mangoes from the usual 7 days to 21 days. Also, it has anti-microbial properties that will help mangoes stay bacteria free. This service is targeted to exporters who lose a lot of money due to mango spoilage. In addition, longer shelf life of mangoes will aid the exporting business in bringing Philippine Mangoes to countries they previously deemed impossible.
