My Choices Paid Off

After 1 semester of hiatus...

Today is Grades Day.

I finally made it to that List.

After all the all-nighters and numerous pages of readings, my efforts paid off.

My alternating pattern of getting 500+ and a below 50 random number, with an all time low of 8, was true to its form.

Hope is wouldn't next sem.

But thats a different story..

National Finalist

My Marketing Group, Manggard Inc., was invited to join the Manila Jaycees Business Planning Competition.

Lo and behold, we made it to the National Finals! We will be presenting at the Phil Stock Exchange on June 10. The winner gets the chance to go to Singapore and win 5000USD.

Manggard Inc. is a fruit coating Service Company that initially offers coating services to Mangoes. The coating will extend the shelf life of Mangoes from the usual 7 days to 21 days. Also, it has anti-microbial properties that will help mangoes stay bacteria free. This service is targeted to exporters who lose a lot of money due to mango spoilage. In addition, longer shelf life of mangoes will aid the exporting business in bringing Philippine Mangoes to countries they previously deemed impossible.

Its been awhile

medyo matagal-tagal na rin akong hindi nakakapagsulat dito. sa totoo lang nakalimutan ko ng may blog pala ako. nawala na sa isip ko na may nagawa pala akong ganito. nagtotopak kasi dati ang internet ko at ayaw magpunta sa blogger. mabuti na lang at ayos na to.

ambilis talaga ng panahon. 2nd sem na ng 3rd year at hindi ko man lang mamamalayan matatapos na ang pag-aaral ko sa kolehiyo. ngunit bago mangyari iyon ay kailangang pagdaanan ko muna ang mga project sa marketing at sa operations management. pati na rin ang hi165 ko kay arcilla. kasama na rin ang walang katapusang mga readings sa philo at ang problems ng finance.

sa kasalukuyan, dapat ay nagbabakasyon ang mga tao ngayon subalit hindi, nagttrabaho ang mga tao dahil sa napakahabang mga papers na kailangan sa marketing at opman.
